Getting started
What is CertifyCloudx?
CertifyCloudx is an independent practice platform for AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure certification exams. Every question is original, written against the provider's official exam guide, and explained option by option. We are not affiliated with Amazon, Google or Microsoft.
Are these real exam questions or "dumps"?
No. Every question is original and written to rehearse the skills the official exam guide lists. Sharing real exam content breaks the candidate agreement every provider asks you to accept, and we never use it.
Do I need an account?
Not to try us: every certification has up to ten free sample questions with answers that anyone can open. To practise papers, sit timed exams and track progress you need a free account, with email or Google sign-in.
Plans and pricing
Is it free?
Yes, to start. A free account gets free practice papers for every certification, detailed explanations on them, and progress tracking, with up to 10 practice questions a day.
What do Pro and the single-certification pass add?
Pro ($10 a year, regularly $20) unlocks every practice paper and full-length mock exam on every certification, with no daily limit. The single-certification pass ($6 a year, regularly $10) does the same for one certification of your choice. Both are one payment for a year with no automatic renewal.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Both are one payment for a year with no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
We refund in full, to the original payment method, if you were charged twice for the same purchase, if you were charged but access was not granted and we cannot fix it within 3 business days, or where the law requires it. The full policy has the details.
Practising
What is the difference between Practice and Exam mode?
Practice grades each answer as you go and shows the explanation straight away. Exam mode is timed like the real exam, with a question palette, flag-for-review, pause and resume, and a result broken down by exam domain; explanations open in the review afterwards.
Which question formats do you support?
The formats the real exams use: multiple choice, multiple response, ordering, matching, hot area, drag-and-drop, yes/no statement series and case studies, each where its provider uses it.
What are mock exams?
Full-length timed exams weighted like the real exam, domain by domain, and timed to the real exam length. They are part of Pro.
How is my progress tracked?
By exam-guide domain: your dashboard and Progress page show accuracy per domain, your weakest areas, your streak and your exam history.
Exams and the catalogue
How current are the questions?
Each certification is written against a dated version of its official exam guide, and we follow the providers’ retirements and new exams. The Exam updates page lists every change.
What happens when an exam retires?
Until the retire date everything keeps working, with a countdown and a link to the replacement exam. After that date practice is withdrawn, and the exam’s page stays up with its official syllabus for reference.
How do I book the real exam?
Through the provider’s official certification page; each certification page here links to it ("Official exam page"). We do not sell exam vouchers.

How do I close my account or get my data?
Email us from the address on your account and we will close it or send you your data. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
