CertifyCloudx publishes only questions written by us, and keeps learner uploads private. If you believe something on the platform infringes your copyright, breaches an exam agreement, or is otherwise unlawful, email support@certifycloudx.com with:
- the URL or question ID,
- a description of the work you believe is infringed and your relationship to it,
- a statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorised,
- your name and contact details.
We acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days, remove or disable the content while we review, and inform the person who posted it. Repeat infringers lose posting and upload rights. Learners can also report any published question from inside the app using the flag icon.
