Contributor Terms

These terms apply when you upload material through the Contribute feature. They add to our Terms of Service.

1. What you may upload

Only material you created yourself or have the right to share: your own practice questions, notes and summaries. You must not upload content from a live or past certification exam (including questions you remember sitting), from another provider’s paid question bank, or from any source whose terms prohibit redistribution.

2. What we do with it

Your upload is stored privately and is visible only to you and, where necessary for safety and abuse prevention, to CertifyCloudx moderators. We do not publish, sell or share your file or its wording. We extract learning signals — which topics, services and concepts the material tests — and use those anonymised signals to help write new, original CertifyCloudx questions. Uploads are analysed with an AI service as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Licence

You keep ownership of your upload. You grant Skelro Technologies (OPC) Private Limited a non-exclusive licence to store and process it for the purposes above, and to use the derived, non-verbatim signals in our content. You can revoke the licence for the file at any time by deleting the upload; derived signals contain no wording from your file and are retained.

4. Removal and reports

If you believe material was uploaded in breach of these terms or infringes your rights, see our takedown process. Accounts that upload infringing or live-exam material lose upload rights and may be suspended.

5. No affiliation

CertifyCloudx is independent of every certification provider, including Amazon Web Services, Google and Microsoft. Certification names are trademarks of their owners.
