Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CertifyCloudx (the “Service”), operated by Skelro Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CertifyCloudx is an independent practice platform for AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure certification exams. It offers original practice questions, explanations, timed practice papers, case studies, mock exams and progress tracking.

2. Our content is original

Every question, answer, explanation and paper on CertifyCloudx is written by us. Questions are authored against the publicly available exam guides and official documentation published by certification providers, to rehearse the skills those guides describe.

• Our questions are not taken from, and do not reproduce, questions from any live or past certification exam. CertifyCloudx is not a “brain dump”.
• We do not claim that any question will appear on a real exam, and we do not guarantee that you will pass one.
• Exam facts we show (duration, question counts, passing scores, fees, retirement dates) come from providers’ public pages and may change without notice. Always confirm them with the provider before booking.

3. Certification exam agreements

Certification providers require candidates to keep exam content confidential under their candidate or non-disclosure agreements. You must not post, upload, comment or otherwise share any content from a live exam on CertifyCloudx, including questions you remember sitting. We remove such content when we find it or are notified, and may suspend the account that shared it. You are responsible for complying with the agreements you accepted with any provider.

4. No affiliation; trademarks

CertifyCloudx is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Google, Microsoft, or any other certification provider. Their names, certification titles and marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the exams our practice material relates to.

5. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share your login or let others use your plan.
• You can sign in with an email and password or with Google. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.

6. Plans and payment

• Free gives access to the free papers for every certification, with a daily question limit shown in the app.
• Pro and single-certification passes are paid plans for a fixed period shown at checkout. They do not renew automatically; access ends when the period expires unless you buy again.
• We are the seller. Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, Razorpay.
• Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where we offer one, otherwise in US dollars, and include applicable taxes. Your bank or card issuer may add its own currency-conversion or international-transaction fees.
• The price is shown before you pay. We never receive or store your card or bank details; they are entered with Razorpay.
• Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
• We may change prices, limits or plan features for future purchases. A change never shortens a period you have already paid for.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service and its content — questions, explanations, papers, text, design and software — are owned by Skelro Technologies (OPC) Private Limited and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation. You must not:

• copy, reproduce, publish, sell, rent or redistribute our questions or explanations, in whole or in part;
• scrape, crawl, bulk-download or otherwise extract content by automated means;
• use our content to build a competing product or to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models;
• remove notices, bypass access controls or daily limits, or interfere with the Service’s security or operation.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post — discussion comments, notes and uploads. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process it to run the Service (for comments: to show them to other learners). Uploads to the Contribute feature are additionally governed by the Contributor Terms. You must only post content you have the right to share, and never content from a live exam (section 3) or another provider’s paid material.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, harass others, post spam or malicious code, impersonate anyone, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

10. Reporting infringement

If you believe anything on CertifyCloudx infringes your copyright or breaches an exam agreement, follow our takedown process. We act on valid notices promptly.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, complete or up to date, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that using it will lead to any exam result. Nothing on CertifyCloudx is professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skelro Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Skelro Technologies (OPC) Private Limited against claims arising from content you post or from your breach of these terms.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for legal reasons, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 7, 11, 12 and 13) do.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify signed-in users. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

17. Grievance officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about content or the Service can be sent to the Grievance Officer, Skelro Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, at support@certifycloudx.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
